yeah...i drink marBERRY juice too, there is a difference between the old steph and the new. bare in mind that steph went to college for only one year. you lose out on alot of knowledge and what would be expierience if you stay to learn.(particularly the point.)
my point is that it's taken marbury some time to learn to make his team better. there's no doubt he had in him, it was all about getting it out on the court. now he knows it's not all about (breakin' ankles
) and droppin' 40 or 50. it's about helping your team help you. now as the leader or *captain* he's learned to do that.
it also helps to have vetaran help, not a bunch of rok's that are still wet behind the ears........stoudamire/martin. not to mention the fact that he played w/the nets pre-jeferson, and he's obviously a key player on that team.
i personally think it was a combonation of the two. it was steph's long drawn out growing process, and the fact he had hardly any veteran experience to work with. i've even heard in the past that he's a ballhog. how? i have NO idea. he's never avg'd less than 7ast per.
