ESPN is letting go of some of its top paid broadcasters in a cost cutting effort. Say goodbye to VanGundy/Breen and hello to a heaping helping of Mark Jackson, Doris Burke, Richard Jefferson and JJ Reddick. On the bright side, ESPN only broadcasts the Warriors, Lakers and Grizzlies anyway so who cares.

Wouldn't hate it if MSG picked up JVG

Clyde already mentioned he wants to cut back on road games and I now wonder if JVG was looking for this type of opportunity to move away from ESPN himself and hook back up with the Knicks.

JVG was becoming unlistenable. I hope Mark Jax goes also.
Burke does not bother me nearly as bad. Richard Jeff? He might be historic hater but facts are knicks sucked for a long time and much of it was fair. The games speak for themselves in time!
Breen is solid but they have others.
I don't watch the games for the personalities.
Perhaps JVG asked for a big raise and they said no? See where he ends up. Back to coaching? its been like 10 years since his last gig.
A lot has changed. He is a keen mind. I could return.
They letting go of Green or they can't afford them? TNT does a great job all around.
ESPN created the segment but times change. They are losing cable to streaming and not enough are paying for it.

Nobody watches ESPN anyways. It’s race, politically motivated channel they lose a lot of people with that. People want sports to get away from that.

I think the problem is Disney, a publicly traded company, is bleeding money. Does anybody even care if there is another superhero movie? Their decision to go woke hasn’t helped their bottom line either

Yes please!!!

Not exactly upset by the ESPN move...couldn't even enjoy listening to JVG on the broadcast because you always had Mark Jackson in the other ear. Getting Breen/JVG on the nights we can't get Breen/Clyde would truly be getting spoiled.

I think Doris Burke gets way too much hate on her broadcasts, but she is pretty bland. Still better than RJ...

I think it'd be cool to hear Doc on the broadcasts - but he never has a voice!

Richard Jeff I think has improved. Looks like Breen sticks. I like Jalen Rose. Bit strongly opinionated but he does it with substance.
The outer space black color hair is a bit over the top.

Rumors are Doc Rivers might sign up. Good to get fresh face there. Gravel voice, but should be good.
Love JVG the coach. Could not stand his schtick on TV. I like SVG, calls a clean game. Jeffs prefab rants were disingenuous.
