1) Decline Rose option. I would resign him at a lower salary though using his bird rights. Keep him with the team.
2) Trade Fournier to San Antonio for a Trade Exception.
3) Re-Sign Hart at 17-18mm per.
4) Sign Kelly Oubre, Jr using the non-taxpayer MLE.
5) Look to upgrade Roby/Jeffries/Keels with Vet min contracts. Assume nothing happens here.

Not a lot of change, but not a lot of change needed. Shores up the second unit with a legitimate slasher threat. Oubre has the potential to take over Barrett’s place in the SL. I’d be happy with this offseason even if it doesn’t result in a superstar.

Who are our current two-ways? Roby showed he could be a solid reserve two seasons ago Wouldn't mins giving him a shot. If he pops, he makes an Obi trade easier in terms of roster balance. Not big on Oubre. I know he can score on a bad team, but I think I want more shooting and defense. Heck, he's probably a worse shooter than RJ. Divencenzo would be cool. I'd really like a combo forward tho.
