good for him... When you look at season predictions, FA signing reactions, player redemption arcs and young players breaking out Thibs and his staff were fantastic this year. Could not have asked for a better coaching job with this roster

The job he did in Sacramento this year is remarkable. If you tell me you had Sacramento top 3 in the West before the year started, I'm calling BS. Absolutely deserves the honor this year. Congratulations Coach Brown!

Thibs already got his award with us. The fact that he remained in the conversation 2 years later is impressive too. It's awesome to finally have some stability from the coach's seat, especially with such a young team!

Well deserved. I believe the Kings were projected to win 35 games this season so they overachieved a lot.
