That’s how you conserve assets and rebuild at the same time. And….both the Rose and Hart trades have been impactful for culture and winning. Well Don Knicks! Home court in the first round is in sight.

Leon and Scott Perry with Brock Aller Finesse doing a great job. Knicks are poised for good things if the chips keep falling right.
All with both Grimes and the still younger RJ inconsistencies THIS SEASON.
The second unit did well last night in first half. Fun stuff!!!!!
Im not worrying about next year about who stays, who goes, and who wants to come here.
Im savoring this season no matter how far we go in the playoffs. To me anything better than a 6th seed is a qualified success.
5th or 4th, and first round win would be awesome! After that amazing.
Only downside is fans bloated expectations in the aftermath.

We are in uncharted territory for fans. So many failed Starphuchs both on the court, coaching, and Front office. Brand names with little.
Meanwhile Leon looks like a genius for just doing normal stuff! things like drafting players and actually playing them, making small trades and finesse in the draft.
It was thought his good old boy network and CAA thing would dominate. Maybe it has, but its bring results.

The one thing I will add... there does seem to be a solid dev plan in place for the entire roster. Sometimes is works and sometimes it don't. And it's at different paces for each player but you can sense it is there. Took a while to come to fruition but it has bee SOLID

the craw to mediocrity has been slow. The hard part to the top echelon is up next. Reality is Thibs three seaosns two have been effective. I mean. Look what they did with ELF! 10 games over in a 72 game season!
The plan is substantial and the big question is where do we go from here? The journey is more than half the fun!
