I had a feeling something was up when Landry made a social media post of him smiling and saying something motivational on the same day he got cut. So he knew he would eventually be back after some cap and G League magic. This front office is thinking on a wavelength I am not used to. You can take nothing for granted because they are thinking in ways no other front office is.

Edit: Depending on how his shoulder rehab goes.

"When Shamet comes back"........
He was still unproven to me. He makes the team and gets the opportunity. That I don't doubt. I saw some good and not so good in preseason. Now injured, obvious Matt Ryan gets his crack at it first. Shamet gets a chance if he does not do it. But the time all this comes down players will be getting bought out perhaps and we'll have some other opportunities?
Nice to see a Bojan return.
Is it me, or is Fornier a better fit on this roster now? Not at 18mm of course. 6-6 guard with range. He was offered a deal with Wizards but reported to say he did not want a mentorship role to Yoot, would rather play and compete in Europe. He is 31, financially set and understandable.
Not all players are down with mentoring. Basically he does a good job he is a bench player. I admire he wants to play. Wiz are pretty much not set up to compete this season. They are off to a decent start at 2-3 for a tank team.......
