![]() Orlando is not an easy win over these days. Wizards are healthy and deep. ATL is streaky and might figure it out. Chicago has not thrown in the towel. Indy is just plain better than expected despite inconsistancy. Even the Hornets are no pushover.
While I enjoy your enthusiasm its not unreasonable to look over the teams shoulder and realize one or two of those could come on strong the last 30 games of the season. 3 games over .500 at this point is trending as an improvement over last season. We spend so much time looking at ways to fix the team and debating player values while often ignoring chemistry. Then we do the blame game and puff our chests out to advocate our “fixes”. I hope most of you are having fun this season. Isn’t this suppose to be? |

![]() strength of schedule and recent play has me thinking we're dropping and may end up at the 9 or 10 spot, needing to play in for the play offs.

![]() Losing to the Lakers in overtime stung (to say the least) but rebounding with a victory against an Eastern Conference Miami Heat team was clutch.
1.) Vs. Lakers = Loss (overtime). 3.) Vs. Clippers (Tonight). 4.) Vs. 76ers. 1.) Boston Celtics = 37-16 (.698%). 4.) Brooklyn Nets = 31-20 (.608%). -5.0. 6.) Miami Heat = 29-24 (.547%). -8.0.
Another big time game for our Knickerbockers. |

![]() Don't look now but our Knicks are only 4.5 games back of Brooklyn for the 4th seed (a Nets team who could be in for a world of trouble moving forward).
1.) Vs. Lakers = Loss (overtime). 5.) @ Orlando (tomorrow night). 6.) @ Philadelphia. 1.) Boston Celtics = 37-16 (.698%). 4.) Brooklyn Nets = 32-20 (.615%). -4.5 6.) Miami Heat = 29-25 (.537%). -8.5. 8.) Atlanta Hawks = 27-27 (.500%). -10.5. Tonight's Games: (76ers, Heat, Knicks & Hawks = off nights). Just give us Brooklyn and Cleveland loses and we'll become fired up (as a fan base) heading into @ Orlando tomorrow night. |

![]() Good morning UK (it's victory Wednesday).
PSA: • You're not making my Standing nor my Schedule Roster (you're just not). 1.) Vs. Lakers = Loss (overtime). 6.) @ Philadelphia (Friday) 7.) Vs. Jazz. 1.) Boston Celtics = 38-16 (.704%). 4.) Cleveland Cavaliers = 34-22 (.607%). -5.0 6.) Miami Heat = 29-25 (.537%). -9.0. Tonight's Games: {NY has a better chance @ chasing down the 3 seeded 76ers (rather than the #1 seeded Celtics) so therefore I'll be rooting for a Philadelphia loss tonight}. |

![]() Not the best off night (last night) for our Knickerbockers with both Cleveland and Miami winning (at least Philadelphia lost) but hopefully tonight, is a better off night for our Knicks.
1.) Vs. Lakers = Loss (overtime). 6.) @ Philadelphia (Tomorrow Night) 7.) Vs. Jazz. 1.) Boston Celtics = 39-16 (.709%). 4.) Cleveland Cavaliers = 35-22 (.614%). -5.0 6.) Miami Heat = 30-25 (.545%). -9.0. 8.) Atlanta Hawks = 27-28 (.491%). -12.0. Tonight's Games: Really looking forward to watching a completely depleted Nets roster tonight (because a Nets loss tonight + a Knicks win tomorrow night = only 2.0 games back of the Nets for the 5th seed). |

![]() Not the best 2 off nights for our Knickerbockers with all of Cleveland, Nets, Miami and Atlanta winning their games (just means we've gotta take care of business both tonight and tomorrow night @ Philadelphia and vs. Jazz).
1.) Vs. Lakers = Loss (overtime). 6.) @ Philadelphia (Tonight) 7.) Vs. Jazz. 1.) Boston Celtics = 39-16 (.709%). 3.) Philadelphia 76ers = 34-19 (.642%). -4.0. 6.) ![]() 3-3 since creating this thread. Knicks must win their next 3 consecutive games heading into the All-Star break (6-3 would be good momentum moving forward @ 33-27 overall).
1.) Vs. Lakers = Loss (overtime). 7.) Vs. Jazz (Tonight) 8.) Vs. Nets 1.) Boston Celtics = 40-16 (.714%). 3.) Philadelphia 76ers = 35-19 (.648%). -4.0. 6.) Miami Heat = 31-25 (.554%). -9.0. Tonight's Games: These next 3 games imo are all must win games in terms to having an opportunity to claim a top 3-4 seed (once) coming out of the All-Star break |

I don't know Franco man if and I repeat it we're able to win our next 3 games against Jazz/Nets/Hawks (all 3 games we should win) we'll be 33-27 heading into the All-Star break @ 6 games above .500 and within striking range of Miami/Brooklyn/Cleveland/Philadelphia for the 3-6 seeds; with 22 games remaining (in order to hunt them down). |

Tonight's Games: The difference of a loss (-4.0 back) vs. a win (-2.0 back) of the 5th seed Nets is astronomical (once considering the fact we've only got 23 games remaining (after our Nets game). Tonight is a must win game (in terms of having an opportunity to catch Brooklyn for their 5th seed (before focusing on 76ers/Cleveland for the 3-4 seeds). |

![]() Don't worry about Cleveland being 5.5 games ahead of us (for the 4th seed).
Because throughout their previous 6 games (including tonight) they've had a cupcake schedule against Indiana, Washington, Detroit, Pelicans, Chicago (all wins) + tonight = Spurs. But their next 9 games (after tonight's Spurs)? Not so easy. @ Philadelphia. Don't look now but come March 12th (after those 9 games above)? As long as our Knicks can continue playing winning basketball and/or go on a 5-7+ game winning streak? We're going to hunt Cleveland down. |

![]() This Brooklyn win tonight + Miami and ATL loses got me too hyped, so fk it; I'm not even waiting until tomorrow for an update.
1.) Vs. Lakers = loss (overtime). 9.) @ Atlanta (Wednesday Night). 1.) Boston Celtics = 41-16 (.719%). 3.) Philadelphia 76ers = 37-19 (.661%). -3.5. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 8.) Atlanta Hawks = 29-29 (.500%). -12.5. Tomorrow Nights Games: The sooner we pass both of Miami/Brooklyn for the 5th seed, the better; because we'll then be able to shift our focus on both the 76ers/Cavs for the 3rd/4th seeds |

![]() Feels like there are 3 groups in the East and the Knicks could possibly be in position to get to that 5th seed if things hold.
