A few years ago signing (or trading for) Kyrie, was a hot topic on this board. Looking at this season, near the All-Star break. Brunson and Irving's stats look comparable.

Curious if Kyrie resigns with them. Everything has gone wrong there but.........
They were a toe length from getting to finals that Milwaukee ended up winning.
They really were that close to accomplishing a chip. Since then and Kyrie flaking out its quite the drama.
That they are still sitting at the 4th seed despote 4-6 over last 10 is something.
Read that he BKN offers a 2 year deal. Im not up on if Lakers have the space to sign him this summer.
If so, I'd guess Durant gets traded.

Kyrie with the Knicks would have been Bobby Bonilla x10. The guy has had a meltdown with the nets who barely have any fans and the media spotlight with them is not what it is with us.

TNT dudes were saying he like the one of the best FA signings ever.
Dude was a role player and now he a borderline allstar, if he not already.
Have to admit, things got better when Perry came on. He did the KP trade and that reset things.
It takes time.
