Did anybody notice the subtlety of Marbs not tossing the alley oop to TT on the break and taking it himself (and not getting the bucket I may add), could have been a monster crowed pleaser and got tt off the the schnide...could there be some tension heading out way between marbs and tiny tim? I hope not, but that speaks volumes...even Clyde was yelling Oop.

Coulda been big.

there was another chance Crawford had of tossing TT an alley oop on a fastbreak as well, but the took it in himself as well...not sure what you can make of that, but it did strike me as a chance for TT to get the crowd going in his favor.

Bro watch the games and then talk bout how TT is not being treated right. Lenny plays him to the point of TT totally emarassing himself, and then he has to take him out to put him out of his misery.

As for Craw, he is winning us games, and it is his 5 yeah in the league, he is out there to learn not to take the bad shots. TT is a freakin veteran, its too late for him to learn anything.

As far as Penny, and Kurt, they do play dood defense, and if you don't understand that, then you don't know anythign about basketball.

Lenny has given TT more rope then most coaches whose job is seemingly in danger after every modest loosing streak would ever even consider.

TT has been nothing but total garbabe for us this year and he gets a chance every game, as he is still the starter despite 3 players at his position outplaying him.

How much more f**ing support do you want for a player that is just not playin well at all?????????????????????????????????????????????
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

This thread is absurd...watch the games...TT is given every opportunity to play, he just has something missing...he is playing much better defense, and if we can get thorugh these games, he may just wake up and turn us into champion...yep, champion. Nazr is playing great, we body up shaq and play him the way the Pistons played the lake show and we win...

Come on Timmy...I want that jersey!

I cant believe we traded Keith Van Horn for this guy!!!! Yea i know Van Horn is no savior but he is heads and shoulders above Tim Thomas at the very least! After watching tonights game against the Raptors its quite obvious we have to make a change at the three spot. Either Penny or Ariza are better at this point but something has to be done. Now i see why the Bucks fans were celebrating when they got Keith. Listen guys, Tim Thomas' butt has to postmarked by next week. I cant stand to see this guy anymore.

To think, before the season started some people were actually saying this is his team!!

Yeah, I was kind of thinking I can't believe we got Nazy for only Doleac. We got a steal. I'd give up Doleac for Nazy any day if all it meant was getting rid of Van Horn

Nazy for Van Horn straight up? Do you seriously say you'd do that?

Yes! I'd rather have a good defensive player like JYD at the 3 (we can get scoring from other positions anyway) and Nazy at center instead of Doleac.

So in your opinion JYD + Nazy > KVH + Doleac. Interesting.

It depends on the team's needs. If you can get scoring elsewhere like we can from Marbury, Crawford, and Houston, then you're better off with a defensive specialist like JYD than a defensive liability like KVH (or at least the difference is much smaller). And the difference is huge between Nazy and Doleac. Nazy's actually scoring about as efficiently (per minute) as Van Horn was as a Knick, but he's getting more rebounds and a better (less bad) defensive player.

I'm with Bonn on this. Doleac was a good piece to use the pick and roll with Marbury, but all he did was linger around the perimeter. Nazr is scoring from the paint, hustling on the boards, and actually coming up with steals.
KVH is only a scorer. He was a liability on defense. I haven't been able to watch any Bucks games, so I don't know whether he is really fighting for rebounds, or is in a 'right place at the right time' situation.
I'd gladly make that trade again.

Scary, isn't it? Especially looking back and remember people saying he should be a captain and our FIRST scoring option.

KVH's boards have always been right place right time his whole career. Hey 8 boards is good, someone's gotta be in the right place, but that's been what he's about.

Interesting, if TT were just producing at last year's pace right now we'd be slaughtering on this trade. Aside from the hate TT is inspiring, it's pretty fascinating to speculate what exactly is going on. My guess, 100% speculation, is it's a combination of personal problems off the court and a lingering metal block from the fall on his back in the playoffs. He's always had a low bball IQ, that hasn't changed; he's always been chiseled. The guy's managed for 7 years to turn it on enough during games to at least be a legitimate factor at sf. Now all of a sudden it looks like he's on drugs or something. I hope the personal problems haven't gone that far. Again, aside from all the hate, it's just pretty fascinating to try to understand.

I think the problems are: personal problems, too much bulk has thrown off his shot, and Crawford's role on the team affecting his spacing and shots per game. Still, his problems are becoming magnified to an extent where he may have to get traded or hypnotized because he appears to be a big head case.
We could be the Dallas Mavs of the East.

IM NOT GIVING UP ON TT YET and I dont think you guys should either, its only 11 games into the season and he's had some tough personal issues to go through, I think he'll snap out of it soon. DONT GIVE UP ON TT

I definitely haven't given up on TT and I assume that once he gets his personal life under control, he'll be the 16/5 player he was as a Knick. My only point was that for this Knick team, I'd rather have Nazy than KVH anyway.

If the salaries somehow matched and Mil offered Van Horn for Nazy, I would say, "No!"

Maybe we can get Eisley and Anderson and WEatherspoon back too. Getting Layden back would be a good start.

Yikes. No thanks. KVH will be more than enough.
