I'm no NBA coach, not even a YMCA coach, but watching the games, and all the ISO play, (as everyone else has noted as well), my opinion the one thing that can help make this offence a little better/more efficient it to try to get the SG touches on the plays - whether that be Grimes or IQ. Good things happen when they touch the ball. Good passes tend to follow. High scoring efficiency from Grimes. I would love to see Grimes getting 10 shots per game minimum, even if that means fewer from the big-3. It would add more unpredictability to the offense, and higher percentage shooting. Q should easily be getting 15ppg.

The drive and kick, shoot, or alley OOP offense is pretty egalitarian. If Grimes can develop as a ball handler. For now I feel like his ceiling is Bullock's defense with Fournier's shooting. Seems like Grimes is already better than either of them at cuts to the basket.

Grimes is another guy that is a little to unselfish and/or lacks a bit of confidence in certain parts of his game.

If you think about it all we’ve basically seen him do offensively is catch/shoot, drive hard all the way to the rim and a very occasional mid-range pull up with limited success. He has much more talent/skill inside that body but not sure we’ll ever see it (almost too unselfish & often rushed).

Grimes is kind of in the Cam position where he can be on the court for 4/5 mins and rarely touch the ball — which kills me.

All the above said - he’s creating a role and helping big time.

Grimes has yet to even play 70 games in his career, I think he’ll catch on

Still hoping to see a Grimes/IQ backcourt. At some point in a game. IQ has more of a scorer's mentality, as mentioned upthread. Grimes best skill on offense is blowing past his defender and finding the open man. Dont feel like we're playing to their strengths.

Grimes is far more athletic than either of the other two you mention. Grimes has better off the ball movement (as you note) and better passing.

You know I gonna spin wit it
