Is there an event that says all tweets, images, etc have finished loading on the page?

And a method that can THEN be called to scroll the next unread post into view?

If that was a poor explanation let me know.

But what I currently see is that as pages are loaded, I rarely land on the next unread post, and need to scroll down to find it.
