This story isn't a story yet. Coaches need players to be successful. Of course upper management is involved.

However many of us have been Knick fans from old Jeff V. Gundy days of success and Tom Thibs as assistant coach.

This team ain't bad with all the changes , however it's not that good.
Especially on the defensive side which is Tom Thib's expertise and his assistant coaches.

Would not know which coach would be the answer Knicks got too many questions.
However I think eventually 2022/23 may be the end of Tom Thib's tenure unless Knicks get some serious success we ALL don't see coming.

Defense has always been a savior in any Pro sports. Another Thomas Thibs skillset expertise. I tell you one thing it's early in season
But Knicks brass OR Dolan better not get rid of Tom Thibs unless he shows WorldWide Wes and Leon Roberts the door also!
ALL this takes time , best thing we got is few young promising players moreso led by J.Brunson

With all that being said Team record isn't horrid but as Knicks fans ARE YOU HAPPY? I Ain't yet.

Thibs isnt perfect but the team plays hard and plays together. They are not a great fit and not the most talented (no all star caliber guys). There will be a time we outgrow Thibs (maybe) but that time is far from here.
