Steve Nashty will lead the league in assists this year. Got 12 tonight and 18 against dallas. He's on the perfect team for it. He loves to run and he's running along side Amare, Marion, Joe Johnson, and Q-Rich. There's no way he's not gonna be at the top of the assists board. Anybody disagree?

p.s. the Suns are amazingly fun to watch

I have caught a couple of their game. VERY entertaining team. And if Nash doesn't get hurt, I agree with the assist totals.

Sounds like marbury last yr(lots of assist), who didn't have another guard to play many minutes. Who does nash have to play many minutes behind him. Barbosa?

i hate to reply to my own topic like this but i can't get over this team! in their win over the clippers today nash had 22 points, to go along with 18 assists!! and they had four, FOUR, players with 22 or more points. lead by amare with 33. that's something else.

Suns are like a team straight out of the 80's... they'll score way over 100 every night!

Very exciting team to watch, Amare's a stud with an improved jumper, Marion's filling up the stat sheet as usual, Joe Johnson seems like he's finally got the confidence to become at least 3rd team NBA... and Nash is dishing out dimes like crazy!
