The way things look .. the 6.8 Cam Reddish maybe the best talented player on the Knicks roster to put at the Starter SF (3) spot.
And 6.6 RJ Barrett's young raw performance need to be the backup SF covering the 3 spot.
The Knicks having three dynamic combo-guards to start the upcoming season in Brunson, Rose, and Quickley in the rotation will give the Knicks a chance to play .500 b.ball.
Plus, the Knicks FO are in pursuit of adding a 4th combo-guard super-star Donovan Mitchell to the team.
The Knicks 4 spot has been empty since the Knicks vs Hawks playoff series, where PF Randle average 36 minutes a game in the series being the Knicks PG. When the Knicks needed a PF to help center Noel vs Clint Capela & Collins in the paint.
The Knicks not giving 6.9 Obi Toppin 24 to 28 minutes per game had the Knicks 4 spot empty throughout last season. Taj Gibson were the Knicks best experience PF on the roster, which the coach played at the center position only.
Next season ....
The Knicks Back-Court guards (1 & 2 spot) will Grade a B+
The Knicks forward position (3 & 4 spot) may Grade a C- minus or less
The Knicks Center position will Grade a B+
