reduce TT playing time no matter what. make a commitment to play Sweetney and Ariza 20 minutes off the bench EVERY night

i dont like having craw and TT on the court at the same time. Hardaway is bigger than craw and has been playing well. Craw came here to be 6th man and i think he should be put in that role--where he acts more like a PG and playmaking. TT deserves no more than 26 minutes. he can startfor the time being because we dont have other options, but less minutes may = more effeciency.

i support this starting lineup swtich not because i'm panicking but b/c i think crawford needs to get accustomed to that 6th man role. that is unless h20 is finished.

and i also advocate starting sweetney even if he may not seem ready. this is the quickest way to know whether he can be our starting PF for the long haul.

Heck yeah! Start Hardaway at the "2" and see if he can do better than Grant Hill

The problem with the Knicks isn't so much the back court but the front court. There is no one protecting the basket. And they simply are not producing enough points.

That's the conventional viewpoint, but based on hard work from Sweetney, Kurt, and Nazy, the Knicks have blocked almost as many shots as their opponents this year (29 to 34)

Blocking is a little overrated when you consider that those 3 are still minus players on the year (as is every Knick other than JYD). That lack of size is only going to become more apparent. The current Knicks frontline may be blocking shots, but they aren't intimidating anybody, and they won't until we have the tools needed to get a real center.

(The only person who may be afraid of them is currently our own starting SF.)

Very good point. Let me follow that point up by saying that our three starting front line players are averaging as many points as LeBron James.

Hill went off last nite , shot 12-18 and had 32pts!

Its still early, but he could keep getting better! Or go down.

But some thought his skills had eroded. No, hes not 25 any more, but the magic are pretty decent.

Why I say that, there is hope Allan comes ALL THE WAY back! Some posts made comps to grant hill with allan. There is an up side.

Grant Hill looks as good as ever. he has less wear and tear on his body because he hasnt played. he also has the type of physique--kind of like a litle more musuclar reggie miller that can last until 37-38 YO with solid play.

That makes Orlando dangerous. Two franchise players on one team

well if tmac stayed, it would have been tmac, hill, howard which isn't too shabby. but francis is right up there with tmac in terms of ability.

hill is just awesome - that's the best story of the year so far.
