he works hard guys. he does. he's hustling all the time. he's trying to improve his offensive game and he actually has some decent coordinated moves in the post. the only problem is that he's not that good. his talent level is much lower than it should be for his role on this team. he has hands of stone and no touch around the basket but at least he's out there trying stuff. he doesn't just linger around. it's a talent level issue with him, not work ethic and i can't blame him for that. sometimes it clicks, sometimes it doesn't but he's doing all he can.

agreed. I would say more that Nazr has no finesse around the basket rather than no touch (maybe they are the same, but whatever).

And some times I would just like to see him throw the ball down when he is in traffic and near the basket. Several times in the past few games he kinda just threw the ball up at the basket and hoped it went in. DUNK the ball.

You are right though, heart and hustle is carrying this guy. And here is the kicker. I hope he does it for like 30 more games so we can trade him away.

I am beginning to agree too. Nazy is playing with heart and is the only athletic big man we have. He's gotten better each and every game this year. If we somehow had his athleticism and Doleac's perimeter shot, we'd have a nice player. At this point though, I think I would prefer Nazy. However, he was no "key" to that deal. KVH was so much more useful than TT that even god might not be able to bridge the gap.

Nazr is playing better and he is a better all around player than Doleac. But he is a back up center and our improvement there doesn't make up for losing KVH. Van Horn, though slow, was a good fit for us. He pulled down rebounds, he would carry the team with his shooting when everyone else was cold and he was great on the pick and roll with Marbury.

If you're calling Keith a 17 and 7 player, you're obviously ignoring the playoffs. Are the playoffs not important to you? You're more of a "regular-season-only" type of fan?
