Actually, if they don’t get Brunson, he should be fired. Dolan has seen this before on multiple occasions with multiple front offices. It should have zero tolerance.

It does not have to be Brunson but he must sign someone really good. To pay this much to have someone take an already expiring contract and not sign anyone with the created space is a mistake worthy of getting him fired. Especially when it is added to the Cam mistake. They gave up a 1st for Cam when no other team would to have him sit on the bench. Then only have one year left before you have to extend him but don't know if he is any good because he does not get enough time.

We didn't tank. Fire the FO. We didn't pull off a trade for the shiny new thing. Fire them Randle sucks. Trade him or fire them. Or both, maybe. If they don't force Mitchell or Brunson here in the next five minutes, fire them immediately.
I've never understood, given this franchise's draft history since 1985, why people get so effing dramatic at the draft. Especially since we don't tank for picks. Of which fact I'm glad.
It's like yoots of any kind are some sort of gummybear crack-alternative.
