this guy puts up 20 and 15... 11 of those boards were offensive. i dont care if hes incosistent, gotta say suttin bout this performance.

Dude! he needs to do that a little more often for anyone to consider his efforts. One game and disappear for 5 other games doesn't say much.

He did well on the offensive end but his man O'Neal had better numbers than him.

I've got love for Nazr- but he is a bit like camby in that he exploits opportunities presented as opposed to creating his own opportunities.

He needs to be set up vs being able to break d down on other team...

I actually like Nazr, I just dont think he's what we need. I would much rather have a guy like Tony Battie who's less athletic but a legit defender at the 5.

The point in the post is he should get some love for the #s he put up vs the pacers. Not that he should be praised as an allstar.

Doleac would have never ever put up those #s in a single game. And thats who he basically traded him for so I can't complain.

yea but we lost... and he didnt really impact the game. Its not like NAzr was killing the Pacers and they lost.

Nazy and Steph kept us in the game. Otherwise, it would have been a blowout.

or maybe if they had defended better they wouldnt have had to score 37 and 20. Marbury guarded Steven Jackson most of that 1rst qtr and I think he hit every shot. Same with Jermaine. Are they easy to defend? Of course not but you have to make them work. We didnt do that.

the better Nazr performs, the better our chances of trading him for someone we need...that's the extent of what i think of his good performances...no matter how well he plays, i just don't see him as a player that will have a key impact on this team's future other than as a piece in a larger trade.

Okay; I missed the 1st quarter. I only saw the 2nd through 4th quarters. Putting a 6'2" PG on a big SG/SF like SJ is asking for trouble, though.

The way you Impact a game is by getting the opposition in foul trouble as a team, and who ever is match up against them, changing shots, timely buckets and rebounds, scoring, helping out in the paint.

It hard to even play Zone with nazy, because his basketball IQ just isn't that high.

did you read his post? he was clearly comparing their offensive games.

i'm not sure if nazr is better than having KT and sweeteny on hte floor at once, but he can be effective. he's not a solution at center, but he can be serviceable if used right (as in, pulled from the game on his off nights) and is good trade bait if the opportunity presents itself
