Has he really been doing that bad?

#1.....he's playing guys that are producing. That's what a caoch is supposed to do.....find guys playing time and win. I like his substitutions. He calls a time out and his team has been responding.

#2 Benching Timmy for a 19 year old. Ariza has earned it and Lenny is rewarding him with the time. Timmy has been playing horrible. He's already said that he hasn't given up on him but did say he will make adjustments if it continues......great. He plays whoever is producing. If you are not he won't play you.

#3 His offense is working. He has it where everyone touches the ball on almost every play. He leaves it open for guys to drive the lane.

So far so good. He's been good so far.

He doesn't get the team to give any effort at all on defense. He's the wrong coach for this team

It's much easier to get a new coach than new players.

Right now, we have maybe two or three? JYD, Kurt, and Ariza.
