Look here, Drew Gooden is proving a lot of folks wrong this season.
this season he founds himself finally playing for a coach who happens to know how to bring the max out of him, and look at his numbers now. A total improvement in all areas. He is finally playing his natural position, and most of all playing with a group of guys who are not selfish at all. If we give Sweetney and Ariza the time necessary to develop, they will definitely be all-stars.

Outside of his rebounds being up they appear to be pretty similar stats to what he put up last year. But I agree he is playing better and will improve as time goes by
