Good take From HofstraBBall:
I love when guys think an offensive structure can be implemented overnight. This shows the disconnect with how things really work. For those that understand the complexity, TIMING and familiarity needed to make an offense work, calling for rookies/sophomore to start is hilarious. Thibs called it the "back up QB" mentality. Everyone thinks the backup QB is always better and they can just come in and kill it. That is until the backup starts and ****s the bed. They then blame it on the offensive scheme. Lmao Have always said it, fans prefer some fantasy over reality. Coaches KNOW what these kids can do. Fans just see spurts of success and think that it can be translated to a large sample size. They also blame their better players for not being perfect. I trust in Thibs. He knows which ones gives us the best chance to win. Having our BEST player out there definitely does that. And that is Randle. Fans can keep posting their dreams.
We have the unabashed “Lovers”, the never happy Haters, and the easy to please “Starphucher” type fans. Among us are the “BLAMERS” as perhaps said best by HofstraBBall.
The type of fan that spews “Fixes” then tilts to another to blame as they are not accountable. Fans are never accountable.
At the end its about “Well if Im wrong, they why do we keep losing?” Eventually it gets to “Need a new coach”. Well if the losing continues it gets to that. Then they can puff out their chests and say “Told you so”. The Blamer is a hindsight-rearview mirror kind of guy. Lives for “told you so”.
