Cut bait with EF bring back Kemba second unit.
Move Grimes to starting SG
Move Obi to starting 5 and use noel or robinson as back up
Line up
C Toppin
F Randle
F Barrett
G Grimes
G Rose
C Robinson or Noel
F Alec Burcks
SG IQ
PG Kemba
Fournier
Mcbride
Sims
Gibson
knox
I think Kemba as a back up PG could have effect like Rose had last year. Toppin will make us faster and spread the floor. The Burcks project ashnt worked but hes a good unit 2 player. We have to sck it up and give Ef time off to find himself.
Can still play 18 minutes with a pure 5 on unit 2 OR we can play small again with Knox as a F
This is our time in the season--we can make a run.
Isn't the floor spread enough? We're already playing 4 guys watching Randle on O. I think you need to let Obi's confidence in that jumper grow with the second unit, but you're right, Mrs. Robinson and Noel Noel are playing like trash. Nothing to lose.
How the hell did Taj Gibson go from Mr. Hardhat last season to Mr. Invisible? I sure hope Thibs does something, or is forced into doing something that gets the grit back.
Kemba on unit 2 can be a positive contributor. He’s much better than most back ups.
Grimes can be a conduit in unit 1 like a bullocks on steroids
We’re not getting anything out of 5 position. So cut minutes to the dinosaurs play Toppin and use the best true C we have on unit 2 to reinvigorate.
Staying the course with Fournier isn’t gonna work. All teams make mistSkes. Give him some time to get his act together but right now he’s a losing player
