The Bulls did not pick up Frank Williams' 4th yr option, according to ChicagoSports.com. This means that Frank Williams will be an unrestricted FA after this season. Because of conditioning and injury problems, he's not getting any love in Chicago.

I'd love Frank to back up Marbury at PG next season. He's way better than Moochy or Brewer.
