Nice win. Got a little cold at the end. Gotta figure out how to score late and hold these leads. But that's a great win

Knicks were up on Boston most of the first game and Jaylen Brown needed a career night and an incredible 3 just to take the Knicks to overtime. With a dominant win over Philly, New York looks like the team to beat in the East. The Orlando loss was flukey,a lot had to go wrong up and down the team to lose that one.

It's really nice that Kemba had a big game and was clearly the difference maker. Robinson did a great job on Embiid- Joel hit plenty of free throws but never found a rhythm offensively. NY was able to pressure the 3 point shooters and, outside of Harris, everyone else had a pedestrian game.

One of these days Randle is going to shoot 45% from the field and the Knicks will look like the best team in the league. Next up is Chicago, lots of firepower and they look like a playoff team so far. Great win for New York, now on to the next one.

Kamba and Fournier are 10x better at putting pressure on opponents D than Reggie and Elf

They dribble pass and shoot so much better

Switching Elf and Reggie for Kemba and EF made a huge diff on offense.

And we haven't really seen Burks or IQ get going yet. Im confident the team can sustain an above average offense this season. Also, I can't get over how much more effective Fournier is on the court than he looks. Doesn't look like he can survive in the paint, but he manages.

Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right. - The Tick

Back in the day if a team was lucky if they had one shooter coming off the bench,ie, vinny johnson but our knicks have 3 or four really good shooters on the bench.

Not just that Thibs is getting more creative. Mostly due to depth, but he ran a Rose/IQ/RJ/Randle/Mitch lineup that was killing the 76ers for the brief minutes it was out there and then did a Rose/IQ/Burks/Obi/Mitch lineup that was able to restart the offense after the 76ers tried to make a comeback in the 4th.

Those aren’t the platoon substitutions Thibs did last year and it’s good to see him experimenting early.

Awesome team win.

We absolutely demolished Philly and eliminated their best scorer in Joel Embiid. Held him to only 7 shot attempts. Made him make his points at the FT line. Nothing was easy for him and only 2-7? Only 14 points? Only 6 rebounds? Loved it.

Keeping a team under 100 points in today's NBA while also holding their Superstar to under 15 points? That is and that was A+ Defense.

And this Kemba walked is done talk is getting old already. I've loved the addition of Kemba Walker since day 1. A NY kid. Plays with NY heart and energy. Still an awesome scorer. Still learning a new system and is going to keep Derrick Rose healthy and fresh. I love Walkers game.

3-1 baby.

.750%?

1st place within our Atlantic Conference?
2nd place within the Eastern Conference?
4th place within the entire NBA?

Still early season but NY is on a mission this year.

Chicago Bulls 1st place and undefeated at 4-0? Not for long.

Bring on Chicago because we'll beat them @ CHI by 15-20+.

After Thursday it'll be our Knicks @ 4-1 and 1st place of the Eastern Conference.

This is our best team since the early 90s and 60 wins for only the 3rd time in Franchise history is happening.

For sure, I wonder what it means for RJ. I worried his counting stats were going to take a hit. I wonder if he will resign if he is clearly a 4th option on offense.

We have a ton of versatility at the 1 and 2. The only thing this team really lacks is the true 6'8"-6'9" Small Forward. That's the one place we may have issues if we face the Hawks in the playoffs. The Hawks have a ton of length on the wing and can give our shooters a lot of trouble. We saw it with the Magic at the Garden on Sunday.

i don't know but i don't see that really playing out that way for rj. he seems like a pretty big team-1st guy, he'll still have plenty of opportunites to get his in this offense and he's very young - he'll outlast the walkers, fourniers, burkses, roses here.
