Someone get Isiah on line 1! Haislip is young, 6'10'', and athletic (BRIGGS model player). Cut sundov or something, haislip is a good project.

i know he has upside, but he hasn't played many games and can he face up against other Centers in the league. he's more of a Stromile Swift who can block shots, except he plays PF. I do know he dunks like crazy. he broke a rim in the preseason. if he plays D, then sure, we can try him

he is a center, right? If not, i don't want him playing PF wasting Sweetney's minutes

he's 5lbs heavier than Camby. I don't see why he can't play center plus he would fit right because of his athletism

Why was he cut by the Bucks?

im a little shocked, i thought he would come on this year strong. it must be a case where they werent going to pick up his option and they didnt agree on PT or they want to sign a vet like marcus fizer. My bet is he goes to a team that guarantess him some PT--maybe even the Nets. A lot of physical talent strong very athletic long arms but still lacking fundamentals. but the thing is just with that body type alone you'd think he'd be able to mature into a niche. hes only 23--drafted 13 2 years ago--are teams giving up on players way to early????
he's TWENTY THREE! remember dennis rodman didnt come into the nBA until 25

do i think he will be a knick, i really dont think so. i think he has enough physical talent to find a team that will play him right away. Im sure that is what he is looking for $$$$$ for next year
RIP Crushalot😞

Yeah, I could really see him fitting in with the Nets.
Nets = no PF/bigman -> enter Haislip
Nets = still fastbreaking type of team -> ener Haislip

Zeke should kick the tires. One of these days one of these 6'9+ low risk gambles is gonna pay big dividends.

I agree, I remember haislip at Tenn, he was considered very raw then and probably did not improve upon his skills much since then, but I would take a chance on him..

he looks like a young antonio davis...i would love for him to be a Knick...ship Sundov back to Europe.
After 7 years & 40K+ posts, banned by martin for calling Nalod a 'moron'. Awesome.

Yeah but this is kind of fishy....did they do this to do Haslip a favor? Haslip is a good player....a good young player.....

Isiah got two guys to visit now in Eddie Rob and Haslip.....I think Haslip is a guy the Knicks have to look at. What position does he play though....is he a 2, 3, 4, 5?

NBADraft.net used to compare him to Camby.

Dump Shandon, Sundov for real and maybe send Brewer packing too. Haslip and Eddie Rob are better options for this team.

He's a legit 6'10", 230lbs....geez man what is wrong with people? Are the Bucks so good that they could just dump Haislip?

Haislip and Ed Rob needs to be on out IL......I would live to have that type of youth on our team. Knicks will be alright. I'm telling you man God must feel sorry for us Knick fans.

Go get em' Isiah!!!

is he a Lee Nailon type?

I'd bet he'd have more impact on this team than Sundov.

We could have a nice pressing unit like when pitino was here

Marbury, Crawford, Ariza, JYD and Haislip!

All quick and athletic and long arms.

no way. Nailon was a SG/SF, didn't play defense and wasn't atheletic at all. This guy is a PF/C and atheletic and blocks shots. much more like Swift and Camby

Haislip is an athletic four who could conceivably play the five based on his raw athleticism. The Knicks should be signing guys like this.
