23 pts 12 reb 2 blocks in 35 minutes. 19 points 9 rebounds in the first half,+ he missed some chipees. I knew this guy would be a much more valuable pick up than Vin Baker, he just needed a chance to play. Now he wont do that all year, but I think he can put up an average of 14-15pts 9-10 reb and 2blocks in 35 minutes shooting 50% at 7-0 260. That wouldve been worth paying him a few extra bucks

we dont need e robinson, hes a pain in the arse, we dont need another 2-3 right now. Unless he is picked up to be placed on the IR to train him in case of injury, i dont want him to take any time from anyone here.

Good point. But with Isaiah, you never know. Could it be possible he's going to use E. Robinson as a backup and move Ariza to the starting spot (SF) and package Tim Thomas in a deal to ship him out?

i was always down on mihm b/c he looked like another stiff. he started playing well with lebron before getting shipped to that hellhole in boston. he seems to be in a great offense where he can get some easy baskets. so far, after one game, you were right. he seems to have some aggressiveness that we definitely could've used on this team instead of the black hole they call vin.

15/10/2 are all star numbers briggs. let's see what happens when kobe says "ok, enough of the passing, now i gots to get mines".

BRIGGS, you were dead on about Mihm...he looked awesome last night...he would have been so much better an option for us than Vin Baker.

Looks like Mihm is on a differrent team.

Lets give Vin more time, we still have EIGHTY TWO GAMESgames to work this out.

I agree, No E-Robb!

E-Rob has good talent. He's just like Shandon except he's actually good in the fast break game. I've seen E Rob take off from the foul line and sail in for a Clyde Drexleresque finger roll....It was breath taking.......He was awesome in Charlotte. The Bulls paid him to be on the bench. They never gave him a chance to play big minutes.

I say sign him if he wants to come. Whatever the Knicks sign him too will be the league minimum for one year. His presence would give Isiah flexibility if he were to decide to make a trade.

Why the heck not?

As far as Mihm I always though dude was gonna start playing well soon. He was always hurt and playing behind Big Z.

WTF.....he's not a stiff. He has good jumping ability.

You guys seem to only care if a guy is obviously good. All you need to do is watch a guy once to tell if he really can play basketball.

When you are at this level ain't much more for you to learn....if you can't play this game you can't play. There is nothing that a coach is gonna do to help you. You can't teach certain things.

Example.....Chris Dudley couldn't make a lay-up to save his life. Shaq can't shoot. You can go on and on.....

Anyway good for Mihm that he finally got his chance. What a game to do it in, lol.

I was watching that game last night and wondering how long before I could read a "Chris Mihm..." thread from Briggs. They didnt guard him at all last night and he hit his shots. I think that stat line is a little misleading... lets see where he is in 20 games. I do think he's a better fit than Vin, but I cant get to upset about it.

Mihm wont average those stats buleave that but i'm not suprised he would get a game like that if he was given the time

Azira got the same game as E-robb. Except Trevor if given the minutes will have more upside. Can't be a problem if he is on the team. I think he would go to a team like Miami where he would play more.

i don't see why we wouldn't have had a shot considering he signed for $3,375,000 annual value. Vin makes a little more.

By the way, does this mean we have to start a "did you see Mihm lastnight?" thread everytime he has a horrible game too?

Mihm is going to be a good player in that team concept because they are going to lead him to the basket. Thats why he was so effective. And no thanks on E-Rob he is not good, has no jumper and is a cancer.
We need to seriously look into getting Elton Brand, and hope that Dalembart will hit the open market.

Knicks gotta find their own young big man......Isiah thought he had one on Nazr.....I'm annoyed with Nazr man,.....I thought he was gonna be good. He's definately not a starter but he still has a whole season to prove himself.

dude, i saw you at the nba store asking about a 2003-2004 hardwood classic throwback retro vintage chris mihm cavalier jersey.

briggs had this thread typed up already and just waiting till the 2nd quarter to hit "POST".

with the offense they're running, he should get a bunch of dunks until kobe stops playing the "you see, i CAN pass" game.

he had a great game but dont forget he has kobe bryant and odom on his team. The nuggets were concearned with those 2 and let mihm slip by. But we will see.

Dampier had a great game too. He provided post, a body, and a defense. Dont reply back with the stats and make a comment if u didnt see the game. Because dampier enabled the mavs to run and players like dirks game even opened up more.
