It’s the brook Lopez I always thought that existed. He’s played well in his career but he did not live up to his god given potential. Nevertheless he showed the 5 position is far from a secondary position. A great skill center is still worth his weight in gold IF you can find 1.

Look it up. I provided the link.
He is 33. I don't Briggs was advocating to bring him in, just admiring his play.

I was sure you were going to post we should sign him to a 4 year deal!

It’s weird how some players seem like they’ve been playing forever- his Nets days seem like a lifetime ago, it’s odd seeing him have success still with the Bucks playing in different ways

Signing his brother was probably one of the best FA signings we made, I guess up there with Randle.

Agree all points except one. I'd say Brook has lived up to his potential. I don't think anyone saw him as a HOFer when he was drafted. He's been a good offensive center and has managed to stay relevant for a number of seasons, even as the expectations for his position have drastically changed. All though he has good coordination, he was never confused with being a + athlete. Even in his youth. He had an eight season stretch of averaging 17-20 ppg. His per 36 scoring numbers are impressive. Career PER of 19.

Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right. - The Tick

It must have felt good winning in the Barclay Center aka The House that Brook Built.
