![]() After this year he has 2 more years at 18 mil per year. Very fair for his skillset, even being a center.

![]() No reason to pay him 18 mm. Somewhat soft lackadaisical player. Sits on perimeter too much

![]() Aren't Sabonis and Randle very similar in play style. If Turner doesn't mesh with Sabonis, how does he mesh with Randle. Second, on offense, Thibs uses his C's to box out on offense. Turner seems to play perimeter.
https://www.nba.com/stats/players/box-outs/?sort=BOX_OUTS&dir=1 If you look at his offensive box outs, they are virtually non-existent. Doesn't mean he can't - he does on D, but you have to ask what he is worth once he changes his game to suit Thib's style. You know I gonna spin wit it

![]() I would rather keep all 3 of our centers right now. Plus Pelle.

Defense would be a easier for him flanked by Randle. Now, Turner is a better offensive player than Mitch, no question. But he's not a lights out shooter. I'd have to pull up his spot up #s, but I don't see them getting much better if he were here. The more I think about it, the more I'm inclined to say maybe the Knicks should use the cap space elsewhere. I think a quality guard would do more for the roster than Turner. Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right.

He has downhill dribble. Where they cross over is in post play. 70% of Sabonis's shots are within 10 feet of basket, Randle does about 35%. Using the corollary that Turner and Sabonis do not mesh doesn't seem relevant? Randle seems OK with Mitch and Noel? And Turner would add more spacing options.
