hat means the grizzlies will be paying his salary for the next two years. imho, he is a MUCH better PROSPECT than Jamison brewer and it wouldnt cost us anything but the partial guarantee to brewer.

I have to agree. Brewer showed me that he's a bigger Charlie Ward with an ugly shot.

I remeber Jerry West trading down and drafting Bell (when most put him in the 2nd round) and Dahntay Jones. Its turned out to be a pretty weak draft but I'm suprised Troy didnt stick longer. He always seemed like a tough hard nosed player.

Any news on WHY he got waived? Like was it a pure basketball thing or not? Because if it was just because the grizzlies didn't want him, I'd pick up troy and jones if he gets waived too.

i liked troy in college too, the guy is a scorer. but i think zeke picked up brewer because of his defence. i think that's one thing our backcourt lacks in zeke's eye's.

I am suprised, I thought bell was going to be a player in this league, he may be worth giving a shot if he doesn't have any major issues...
