What was it.... the Curry picks that turned in to Aldridge and Noah?

Do whatever it takes to get Westbrook.

Think he made the right choice. A few years ago one of my very healthy friends dropped dead in their mid 30s of a heart attack (Sudden Death Syndrome), so I've always been worried about this sort of thing since then- always relieved when people catch heart issues early

I’m surprised Lamarcus flat out retired then just take time out and then decide but given it was at or near the end of his career I have to say he was given a gift!
For a young player to lose his career in his prime is a terrible thing. For any player to have what happend to them and not die is a gift. Lamarcus a more mature version of his former petty ass self obviously saw the light with clarity and I hope he can see how fortunate he has been and is given the alternatives.
Briggs has chronicled his path and struggles which is a very personal thing.
I have had open heart surgery at age 48 and while it “sucked” for many reasons, even at the time I was told whats up I saw it as a gift. In some instances you get this diagnosis and realize “I’ve been dead man walking” and when you in a hospital hooked up to machines that go “Ping” you realize your safe after not knowing the tight walk that existed. You start to appreciate all that you have and you move on to recover. Maybe thats where LA is. If so he is and will be good. The petty stuff melts away and it kind of becomes a gift. Thats my hope for him.
