Money in the paint tonight. Some things he has a knack for.

Noel is pretty amazing. He’s a different player from Mitch but is just as imposing defensively...

Payton apparently is feeling good. Looked like a bully out there finishing at the basket.

Noel is a beast. A scrawny beast. We need to keep him.

I'm sure some of the floor boards have loosen from him lumbering up and down the court for 25 non productive minutes.

Speaking of big, it's been a while since I've seen Marc Gasol. Has he always been that...pudgy? Is it the yellow uniform that wasn't exactly flattering?

He’s on the team to be the scapegoat when we lose - he serves no purpose in a win where he plays well.

9 DEFENSIVE rebounds, not the so-called all his rebounds are his own misses. No one on either team had more defensive rebounds. Taj & Noel together 8 defensive rebounds.

9 defensive rebounds? And what else? Any impact?

No Noel and Gibson locked him down he had next to zero impact on the game

Drummond really helped him. I wish every team we played had a Drummond " protecting" the paint

Were you watching his possessions? Yes he won us the game but he was shaky as hell at a few points.

Super glad we won but reality check no Lennon or AD and schroeder was hurt and the reason why Payton could go of

Randle had a number of truly awful possessions over dribbling etc. he was a bit selfish in that regard wanting to put up numbers against his old team - which might have no players from his own lakers days

Rj was way off too

Yet we won!!! Last year we would have lost with all of the above. It’s all due to our defense and the little things eg keeping care of the ball. Hitting our FTs. Playing hard for 48

I think they recognized bad things happens when you force him to make decisions and have to utilize his basketball IQ. Unfortunately, that won't be possible when they're at full strength.

And I had no clue he had double digit rebounds until the announcers mentioned it. That's how little impact it had on the game.

OK, so 10 seconds left in the game and the Knicks were already up like 111-94 and Frank is in because he is the human trophy these days.

His defense is good but his decision-making, not so much and I felt this was a telling play: he fouled a 3-point shooter. You just can't do that and it encapsulated his season for me.

Drummond only shot 3 times and missed on 2, so it doesn't really add up right on the "own misses" thing?

And to be sure, Taj & Noel had 8 defensive rebounds and 11 offensive rebounds.

You know which team got out rebounded 47-33? Not the Knicks.

He certainly lived up to that stat about him being one of the worst in the league in the paint.
