I noticed that there are some threads I cannot post to but others can. They showed to me with icon indicated that they are locked. But I see people communicating back and force. Is it just an issue with my browser or I banned by mods from posting to specific threads? I know it is time when censorship on the internet is expanding but curious what it is in this specific case?
