Spree got anger, charm, can play, controversy, the intensity, the money, the boat, the dogs, the racing company, and reputation that would make for an interesting show.

We can join him on his cross country rides. Imagine Spree riding thru middle america in a tricked out benz and looking all Pootie Tang. The camera shots of Ma and Pa America looking at Spree is enough.

Funny, I was trying to think of a player that has or had game like Spree. All I came up with is the great John Havlecieck of the 1960s-70s celtics. John could run all day,, slash, and shoot well. No corn rows, but similar game. We can have him on the show also!

David Thompson was potentially better than either of them, but he fell in love with flake.

Havlicek's a pretty good comparison for spree as long as you acknowledge how much better Havlick was. He was an amazing athlete, was actually a better college football player than hoop. Was drafted by the Browns to play receiver and everyone thought he'd choose them over the Celts. He had Spree really beat in the intangibles - court smarts, team play, incredible clutch player, one of those guys who never took an offensive or defensive possession off.

We could have an episode where Spree tries to smell his farts. Say offer him the 2million on the contract he so wants if he can distinguish his farts vs. say paul silas and jojo whites farts.

I'd be interested to see if he could distinguish P.J. Carlissemo's from James Dolan's.
