Game should be starting in a few. I think I may have to follow this one on Yahoo's gamechannel.

I dieing to see how Kurt and Sweet both starting in the frontcourt goes.

vin baker started at C with KT. Nazr came in after 2 quick fouls. zach randolph has 31 pts and 13 rebounds against the raptors on a side note through 3 Qs.

i said it from day 1 i was scared about our D+R. We have offensive skill players but you win in this league with defense and rebounding. granted Marbury isnt playing well tonight-but that wont make up for a huge defeciency. we are just lucky to bein the brutal east, but i think there are some clubs who may have jumped us like clev wash etc.. with size.

if nazr and baker play like this we wont be .500

Well let's not get too ahead of ourselves but I see what you mean. Let's just say some guys struggling to make a roster spot will work harder than household name NBA players who know it's just the preseason. These no-namers such as Hood are schooling Ariza! But that's life - a 19 year old consistent every game? I don't think so..

Well atleast its only preseason...you can get blown out and still be thrilled about how people played.

ariza seems to be constantly in the play--he gets a lot of rebounds 3 offensive already but he is still raw on the finish--but you have to like th heart

our problem is we have NO one to scare anybody out of the lane. dallas has a bunch of 7 footers and they are playing without their best 7 footer in dirk and we are down 23 points

Yeah but Dallas has always been a team that we don't match up well with if you know what I mean - I remember several blowouts at American Airlines arena. The only good memory was that game at the garden and the marbury steal.
If we nitpick preseason games I think we get nowhere - oh Marbury is not playing well, penny's not playing, h20's not at full health -> where is this going?
We can just be excited about each individual's performance and I think we should wait at least several games into the season before judging weaknesses.
Our tough first part of the schedule will help us see what this team is really like.

i look at the bottom line-we are getting shelled with our core guys and they are missing dirk stackhouse+ daniels--saying oh this is pre-season isnt going to fix the problems.

ariza needs to learn right away how to finish the chipees. if he has the ability to get up on the glass like that he could be a huge force, but you have to br able to finish plays.

This is not pretty. I really wish Lenny hadn't broken camp two days early. I guess we can see with some certainty that Kurt won't be traded at this point....
