Miami is a college football city....not a basketball mecca like NYC, with fans like you ready to burry their azz if they sneeze wrong.

With good weather and women, fans only go to nba games to get nice and drunk for the after party.

You’re right- why give rookies time to see what sort of player they become, we should just watch one game and either become wildly excited or morbidly depressed based on that. Why can’t you just post in the around the nba thread “wow- that Miami rookie looked good this game”, why does it have to be the reason for a new depressing thread of woe.

I notice though that you never post these kinds of threads when it’s a player you were really high on that’s struggling or not getting burn though- seems you have infinite patience for them (where is Nesmith?)

Didn’t we do this already?
I have suggested to Martin we give Briggs his own sticky thread when he is in need
Or:

“Sticky Emotional Tampon: A place for Briggs emotional cycles”
This way when he is both euphoric or down he a produce what his mood is.
Why? Every day perspective people visit the UK. Might be writers who come and check out often mature responses. If we segregate emotionality just a bit, and label it as such it creates more credibility to other posts.
yes, its ok to post emotions, thoughts and opinions. Nobody is suggesting we pull his tweeter account.
Does Briggs have a tweeter account?

Writers checking the UK for mature responses. Classic. You truly needed a smilie for that one.

Can we just get a BRIGGS sticky thread for just anything happy about our own players?

Nolad we are not very good. I think most Knick fans hold on for a glimmer but then reality kicks in.

I suggest to sticky a thread called “BRIGGS Diary of Omnidirectional Thoughts”. We would save a lot of post space in the main page.

More like Miami drafts Tyler Herro 13. Precious achiuwa 20. He’ll their undrafted players kill our lottery picks. We suck at building a team. We can’t draft we can’t get free agents we don’t trade well

Didn't you love Winslow? They gave him plenty of time and then traded him. Are you saying we are not giving Quicks and Toppin enough playing time?

But again, once we had a shot to get Toppin (who was HIGHLY touted), how would you have picked Precious?

Most of us expected the Knicks to be not very good. The difference is that same most of us is willing to ride out the ups and downs of a developing team without bombarding the board with multiple Sky is Falling, Starphuck trade, Grass is Greener threads after every losing streak.
