Okay, good to see Randle confident.

Seems like that kind of player.

Early days props to Thibs for finding a way for him to find himself.

Teams missing 3s is not a long term strategy but like to see what we are seeing.

Are these signs of a "real" coach and players beginning to believe?

Thibs is arguably a really good fit for our team.

This is not Minny with Towns, Wiggins, Butler, etc.

Our best players and those you see playing are pretty much nice dudes who don't naively think they're greater than tho.

They all have something to prove, but while Randle was selfish last year, I think he was appearing to try TOO hard to prove himself rather than let the game come, his teammates doubted him as the man, and was also surrounded by unreliable players out for self and a rookie or inexperienced talent + inconsistent coaching.

Yeah, but I think it's more than JUST Fizdale (he didn't help).

It's his personality, strengths and weaknesses.

Other teams knew them.

Why did we get him last season then?

To be THE MAN. No other team would go there.

He wasn't perhaps ready, and yes, Fiz was probably not the answer with other managerial issues and internal problems that have since been addressed.

Maybe a lot of players last year didn't show REALLY who they were given all of what went on last season which was a massive mess.

Good point. Our top players (RJ, Randle) are hungry unlike what thibs had in Minneapolis

The thing that is the most refreshing about Thibs is his TO usage , he will call one quick when he sees something he does not like or if a team starts t make a run..........Fiz would let us get down by 30 , or let team go on 15-0 runs before burning one ..
