When teammates follow Frank's pursuit to pressure the ball, and front their man on defense we have the chance to out-score our opponents. Thibs letting Frank get 10 straight minute of playing time in the first & second quarter set the tone for the Knicks to grab the lead, and keep increasing the lead.

Frank & MitchRob brings a defensive tenacity that wins games, they both are defensive-minded players that has elite skills on a good defense brings a scoring offense.

Payton had a reminder of how he needs to play for the Knicks to win. Not sure what adjustments the Knicks made (maybe he was just stroking 3's in the pre-game warmups?), but Payton was able to get into the paint and get his offense going. This is the good Payton.

The Knicks need the PGs to play like that.

Thibs needs to figure out how to play Frank. In general, given minutes, more good things than bad happen when he's on the floor. But you can't just park him in the corner and you can't use him to handle the ball... and he doesn't move without the ball to get the open shot. But if good things continue to happen, then Thibs will find a way to get him on the court.

Randle has played like a beast so far this season.

RJ 38 min & Randle 37 min has been last season down fall, both players performance has been inconsistent role-players having a weak defensive-mind set on the defensive end of the court. Neither will ever be a all-star in their career. The Knicks upstairs office made Randle & RJ the Knicks star players in the 2019 preseason games SMH

Give frank and payton credit they played great tonight if they can play solid all year our point guard play won't be that bad at all. Mitch play solid not any dumb fouls tonight. Last point julius randle is playing like all star if he play like this all year it will be great and rj play solid tonight.

And really kudos to Payton. No way he continues to shoot like that but if he can even be semi-close to that rest of the way we may have something. Happy he proved me wrong even if for just one game

What a game!! When this team plays together and limits the turnovers, it can beat anyone. I will interest to see the record after ten games. If we can get to 4-6, this team is going to make the 10 team play in for the last playoff spot.

Missed the game. Sounds like it was a good one. Interesting that a good game by one player says everything. And a good game by another player means little. One of them has shown he can get buckets. The other player, not so much.

Both players having a good game is welcome news. One game isnt enough to show a trend.
