Myles Powell for Backup Point Guard?

Assuming Immanuel Quickley is the starting point guard, for those who have seen Myles Powell would he be a better option for backup point guard instead of Elfrid Payton. I ask this because while I have not seen much of his game he does look extremely impressive in highlights. I realize I am basing my comments on highlights so I am not necessarily advocating this. Just curious if those who have seen him play feel he could be a better option than Payton

He was waived and will start his career out in the G league and try to work his way up from there.

Payton, DSJr, Frank. Those are the other guys Powell is playing behind.
