Watchinh Jason Preston with a careful eye vs a tough Virginia defense. He has put up big tome numbers vs mainly mid majors. Want to see if he looks comfortable vs one of the best defensive teams in the NCAA. Cam he get clean looks for himself and others? How comfortable or uncomfortable does he look?

Watched the entire Ohio/Virginia game. Preston's put up 11 pts, 13 rbs and 8 assists. His elite passing and vision stood out the most and his ability to stuff the stat sheet may make him one of the coveted pg prospects in this draft. He is not very athletic or fast, but plays at his own pace and doesn't force things. He is strong going right or left, uses his size (6'4) to shoot and eve post up smaller defenders and clearly has a high BB IQ. Is comfortable shooting from the NBA 3 pt line and beyond.

He did struggle at times trying to turn the corner on his defender and got caught leaving his his feet, caught between whether to shoot or pass. You really need to watch an entire game as opposed to just watching highlights. Not sure if he's a first rounder. Need to watch more....

Passing looks really solid. How’s his handle?

Draft is such a crapshoot that your gonna be gambling one way or another with skills vs flaws. If anyone were to say they know today what players skills will make them a impact NBA player or what flaws will ruin them. They would be lying.

For what Preston's potential skills are, he would be exactly what the Knicks have been looking for at the guard position for years. Thing also with him is that if he were to struggle with blow by speed and athleticism at the NBA level. I think he could slid over to SG and be similar to what Jason Kidd was for the Knicks his lone season here.

But his IQ, Craft & size make him more than a worthy gamble.

If Knicks had any real vision over the past couple of years. They should have targeted SGA & Haliburton even after drafting Frank. And still be looking at a guy like Preston. While Frank has really struggled with PG/Playmaking skills. The rotation of 6'6 guys who can handle, create, shoot, defend. Sliding between 1-3. Could have been an angle where the Knicks were able to create their own imprint on the league.

Loyola Chicago takes down No. 1 set Illinois! This is good because Alum of DePaul will want this guy but will have to throw a lot at him. This dude is loyal having already not left.
If they get him they can leave Kenny Payne for us.
Love the upsets! Its a great made for TV spectacle “Tournament” but not the best way to pick a champ. But it sure is fun!!!!

Buddy Boheim has made himself millions. He’s going to go from a guy who maybe would come back to school to easily a top 20 pick.

Did anyone key in on Moses Moody in the Arkansas game. Looks to be as good as advertised as a shooter but needs to but on some muscle.

Illinois??? What happend. Briggs finds new loves every night!
Cade Disuede. They barley got out of first game. Clearly these lower seeds are good teams playing well and when you have superior talent it gets forced, and that don’t win games. It can win a playoff series, but not a one and done.
Cade clearly has that cool swagger and a body that will still fill out.
NCAA darlings come and go its its fun to see guys break out. Sometimes its for real and sometimes just a great time for a kid to have a string of games on the big stage.

I moved Jeremiah Robinson earl to our number 1 priority draft list —- he’s exactly what we need for this team 6-9 230 very similar basketball game to Tobias Harris

Also I’m hoping we can get the center Cockburn at pick 32

The other pick for me would be either ayo or buddy boheim in rd 1

Buddy is the March Jimmer.
Oh how we all love march madness!!!!
Cade as 6’8 got a bit of that smooth Paul George in him but a better passer.
When you get doubled all game long you have to defer to teammates. If they don’t perform you out.
Also time to go pro.
We should trade Buddy and trade for Lonzo. Be great to see Buddy’s dad and Lavar together at parents weekend at the garden. Jim, a HOF coach with a chip. Lavar, a stage dad who got hacked out of his own apparel sneaker company cause he too stupid to read a contract and likes to talk himself thru Magic and Jordan as if he all that.
I need to pitch this to MSG for a reality show: Give some bumps of blow to both Lavar and Tracy Morgan and mike them up celebrity row during a game. Special guests are Oak, Spike, Dolan, and of course Isiah Thomas on Ambien.
