At least the RJ, Obi, Mitch-led team should be high flying and fun to watch. I'm hoping Obi sort of is a 'hiding in plain sight' star because he looks the part but the focus on his age and lack of defense made teams overthink his production to grab Patrick Williams and Okoro. Toppin, in my opinion, has more upside simply because he's so dynamic offensively. We will see if it comes to fruition. He was never on my radar because there was talk about him going possibly 1 or 2 in this draft because Minn and GS were looking for an established, win-now player. Then it became clear he was in the next tier after the top 3 and wouldn't get passed 5. Now here we are with teams falling in love with players based on upside and Toppin falls in the last minute. To me that was better than anything that would have potentially happened in free agency.

I guess he is kinda like Donovan Mitchell in that he is older than the other lottery players and that's why he fell to us. Basketball gods has smiled on us once again.
Obi One..you are our only hope.
