We're like one of the only teams in the NBA with CAP, and this is our first two acquisitions, a couple of former jazz players. Perry did the same thing with his former orlando players The market is drying up real quick and we can't even bag 2nd tier FA, Hopefully their something brewing, because this isn't moving us up the ladder ES

I am fine with the market drying out this year and the Knicks not making any splashes. When the market is overvalued, quite okay to sit on a pile of cash (aka cap space) and wait for a better entry point. People who see coming into a bit of money as an excuse to spend it all immediately are typically destined to struggle financially all their life.
We have waited very long to become respectable, should be okay to wait a bit longer. |

This is a solid signing. He’s a shooter and playmaker on the wing. Just seems like Rose is comfortable letting free agency play out and be the last team standing with money to spend.

Good pick-up on a one year deal...Burks had a break-out year for GS last year. Good shooter from 3, spotting up or off the dribble. Gets to the line and knocks down his freethrows. Better all around offensive player than Dot. I like it...
