It's incredible how hard it's been for us to draft kids that just want to get in the gym and work. I think RJ is that guy, but the more 3D guys we can get on the team that can defend and play multiple positions the better.
Need to stay away from one dimensional players like Smith and Knox. Those guys aren't fighters. We need to focus on tough kids that are going to put in the work. I think getting a 5th starter and a rotation player is really how we should be focusing on this draft.
