Honestly, i want both Frank and DSJ to ball out for the knicks and finally solidify our point guard rotation. I want all these point guard rumors(CP3, Conley, Lonzo) to just stop, let these 2 guys focus during the 3 week camp to prove to the coaching staff that they can lead the team on the court next season. I want the front office and the coaching staff to genuinely give Frank and DSJ the opportunity to lead the team, at the very least give them at least up until the trade deadline. Just focus their efforts in the offseason to get a stretch 4(Bertans, Galo or Woods) and a back up center and see how our youth improves. Its a Win-win situation for the team, they will finally see what they really have in Frank and DSJ. If they don't perform well and the team suffers in the standings, the knicks can have a high pick in a very strong draft next year.

I think Thibs is probably the best coach to try to bring out whatever potential Frank and DSJr possess. I suspect Frank will show improvement overall. I really do hope DSJr also progresses so we will finally know if last seasons regression was more due to mental/psychological or physical/injury problems.

As long as DSJ comes off the bench I’m cool with keeping him. I can see him having a 6th man role if his scoring improves.

The second round of the playoffs is showing us that defense still matters so I really hope we keep Frank and that he blossoms under thibs as the starter.

You don’t want DSJ anywhere near this team next season. Terrible defender, terrible shooter, a turnover machine. All he does is slash and that’s where a lot of his turnovers come from because his dribble isn’t that good and he makes a lot of mental mistakes

Thibs will love Frank and Mitch. Mitch is a faster Joakim Noah. Frank is already an excellent perimeter defender who can defend multiple positions
