After testing positive for the coronavirus, New York Knicks owner James Dolan has recovered and is volunteering to donate blood plasma for various medical trials, a team spokesperson confirmed to ESPN. Dolan’s second test — nearly three-and-a-half weeks after the positive test result — was negative. He has registered to donate plasma to several New York-based hospitals and has given blood to NYU Langone Health and Duke University Medical Center. – via Malika Andrews @ ESPN
Maybe they can also figure out why he seemingly makes the wrong decisions at the wrong time!!

Have to give the guy some credit. Donating plasma, he just extended the time he is paying garden employees to May 31st and he offered the use of msg as a temporary medical facility.

it was rejected to be used for that. Even the victoms of the Covid19 don't want to play in the Garden! Nalod is fair on Dolan so lighten up. I don't like his Napoleonic attitude via the garden (Im with him on Spke and Oak though) but he intends well. I think he is overly loyal to a fault at times. Thats not always a bad thing.
Anyway having some fun with his Plasma donation. Hope more people do it.

I didn't see the offer to use the Garden. That's really thoughtful.
Dolan has loser DNA. He just got lucky and was born into a rich family and was taught how to make money. Making money when you started out with Millions isn’t even brag worthy. It clearly doesn’t mean you are about winning.

For all its worth, This guy could have sold/divested of holdings years ago and lived more than a comfortable life. That he still works and tries to move the company in different directions demonstrates ambition. His band, new entertainment venutes and restructure of holding reveals a person who wants to be relevent. Not saying he is likable or Im a fan, just notable.
