To me picks 27 and 38 have as much viable value as our top pick

My personal 3 picks for the spots are
#1 Payton Pritchard Pg
#2 Saddiq Bey F
#3 Jalen Smith F/C

I did two posts on Pritchard and Bey— this is one on Smith who has lottery type potential and is a top 3 defensive player in this draft.
He plays very long with the ability to guard in and out. He gets up and down the floor incredibly well for 6-11 and he’s a wiry strong 225 with potential to put on 10-15 more without losing speed.
The differentiator with this player is that he has a developed 3 point shot AND also has the ability to take you off the dribble. He’s also an elite rebounder — perhaps a modern day Robert Horry?

Thanks for the footage BRIGGS - yeah I have a thing for two way players that are a perimeter threat. Going to be interesting see where this guy gets picked. Feels like Sadiq Bey has been relatively under the radar for some time, agree I think he could be a decent addition but I would rather Pat Williams from FSU and Aron Nesmith from Van.

I am hoping for Nesmith as well. But he will probably go in the teens. We do have the assets to possibly move up for him though.

I see Nesmith as a pure movement shooter, the Tyler Herro of this draft. Slept on and will outperform typical projections. If we could develop him defensively he could be the prototypical 3&D type.

all right Briggs, this is getting irritating... please stop creating threads about every prospect to say things like 'this player *might* be the best player in the draft'. I know, I know. You do that with everyone eventually one of the predictions will be right
