To give you an idea of how pathetic a gesture Trumps travel ban is:
Tweet was deleted or there was problem with the URL: So even a complete flight ban of a small island (the UK) would only delay the spread by 1-2 months. 90% only delays it 1-2 weeks. Trump isn't even proposing that and for some reason has excluded the UK from the ban for no scientific reason whatsoever- it makes no sense. This things already well on its way inside the US (spread not accurately known due to a pathetic amount of testing)- in a few weeks/months it will be other countries banning flights from the USA to them. But Trump decided to go for the xenophobia angle (after his initial hoax angle/ Trump as a medical research geniuspiel failed) which is madness when at this stage you're dealing with an INTERNAL outbreak. |

That's my sons high school - evidently a senior at the school. they have been closed since Tuesday. Online learning started today. This Covid-19 is super easy to spread. |
