Not a good night. Crowd was thin. No KNick buzz like last month.
Trier was hyper sensitive anytime any touched him. He kept looking at the bench and miller was telling him to chill. Iso Zbo can iso. The game was awful. Portis kept us in the game. Iso SO can shoot, but he can’t get thru a screen. I know he hit a few shots and damn near tied it up but missed. Payton was a turnover machine. RJ looked like tired and out of it. Knox looked dejected. I felt bad for him. I know we supposed to get all internet tough and blast about his low motor and jump on MIlls, but this is a good kid who just looks like he is not stopped growing. ALl legs and arms awkward like a teenager. When Randle came out he looked at me and I just shrugged and we had a connection. He sensed my sympathy of a bad night. It was spontaneous and funny. He sort of shrugged back to acknowledge.
It was not one thing or another, it just was......
The good: Mitch was cool. The blocks, the oops and the rebounding. Good job!
Trier hit a few nice shots, Dennis had some nice moments, and Portis as sharp. Roszier was sneaky good. Best player on the floor. Gleague game. Had a decent meal. In the arena. Cheer leader dancer cave by and danced. One of the better ones. she was pretty and smelled nice.
The Bad: Nalod knows the Martin twins. They went to NC state before transferring to Nevada. THought one was still in the Gleague. Took about all game to notice there were two. The mask made me think. Freaky. Pretty cheer leader had no spark in her eyes. Looked as spiritless as Knicks tonite. RJ needed consoling.
The Ugly: When bad teams have bad nights its really not a good thing to behold. I don’t want to be all letter graded and down. But, team has lot 5 in a row and Its Tank time to lift the odds? Even the draft picks this year look oddly below average. MIller looked like he lost his fight. I think I’m sun deprived. Its been cloudy and rainy for weeks.
Wish I can be more positive. Ive lost my enthusiasm for this team tonite. Even Clyde looked stupid tonite. That Copper thing he was wearing was over the top. Maybe its time for a break.
Stock market down, the Coronavirus is worrisome and our president acts like a 12 year old.
