You all seems to miss the point with Isiah's decision to fire Anderson. When Isiah took over last season, specially after the arrival of Lenny, Anderson was the first to begin to whine. He didn't like the fact that Lenny was taking his time to offer him the starting position once Houston went down. He went to the media and basically tried to expose the front office and Lenny. As a result to what he did, one of our youngster (William) decided to follow his foot-steps. Where is that youngster now? he is no longer part of our roster.
Keeping a b*tch like Anderson will do nothing but destroy chemistry and the growth of our youths. We have very talented and capable kids on our roster right now. Ariza, Sweet, Naser, are all guys that can't be exposed to that sort of negativity. Isiah is trying to bring or create an environment where his players are very disciplined and most of all give it their all for the betterment of the team. Having cry babies like Anderson and Kurt may be detrimental to their growth.
Isiah is also trying to set examples to get his players attention. If you obey by his codes of conduct, you will be rewarded, but if you don't, you will also be rewarded
If you disagree with my view, please voice your opinion.
