Sweetney, a fan favorite as a rookie because of his ferocious rebounding, progressed with a fantastic summer league, carrying a more chiseled frame. He's why Isiah Thomas is shopping Kurt Thomas.

Every paper is saying he was told not to show up. Thats balls... I cant see how they will swings this and even though Shandon sucks the Knicks need to handle this with care. You dont need to trash this guy... just find a way to move away. Isiah fudged up the Chaney firing (even though it had to happen). Lets make a clean break from this.

man i thought Vin was in shape when we got him! He must be in ridiculous shape right now!


i like that he's giving Sweets a chance to start if he outplays kurt

Me too. They played together in a 3-on-3 tournament in Canada over the summer, so hopefully that helped them build some chemistry.
