The Knicks scored 104 points on 38/91 shooting. Not amazing but not bad.

45 points from 3.

42 points were in the paint.

13 points from the free throw line.

100 out of 104 points came from the PPP efficient areas.

I won't act like they didn't miss a number of shots in the "restricted area" -- meaning inside the 3 but outside the paint. The Marcus Morris and Frank N pull up misses were a bit rampant. The Knicks missed nearly all their pullup jumpshots, stepback jumpshots, etc... scoring only 4 points on non-3 jump shots.

It will be a much more fun year if our Knicks understand this. It seemed clear that they were fighting a war in the paint.

PS loved that everyone (except Trier) had at least 1 assist. That might be the more telling stat.

You know I gonna spin wit it
